Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Investment Decision, Funding Decision, Asset Growth and Leverage on Stock Price at Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2016. Researchers use data in the form of financial statements yan listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research design used is quantitative descriptive. Population in this research as many as 42 companies period 2014-2016. With Purposive Sampling technique, there are 12 companies that match the criteria as the research sample. Data in the form of company's financial statements obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. Analysis technique used SEM (Structual Equation Modeling) with Partial Least Square (PLS) application. The results of this study partially indicate that Investment Decision no significant effect on stock prices, Decision Funding significant effect on stock prices, Asset Growth has a significant effect on stock prices and Leverage significant effect on stock prices Mining Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2014-2016 . Based on the result of R Square test (R2) or the coefficient of determination that has been done, the size or rise and fall of stock price can be explained by investment decision variable, funding decision, asset growth and leverage able to explain stock price equal to 15,3% and the rest 84,7 % not described in this study. Suggestion of research (1) The researcher is further expected to deepen the theories about other factors that influence the Share Price so that it can be developed and research that produce useful information for many parties. (2) Investment decisions no signifikan effect on stock prices,, funding decisions, asset growth and leverage have a significant effect on stock prices at mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014 2016. This is expected to be maintained by the company (3) For potential investors and investors this result can be used as a reference material decision-making consideration to invest in order to gain profit in the future.
