Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Nilai perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan prfotabilitas sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan sub-sektor food & beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020-2022. penelitian ini bermetode kuantitatif dengan mengambil data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 17 perusahaan dengan observasi selama 3 tahun dan menggunakan smartPLS 4 sebagai alat untuk menganilisis data. Hasil pada penelitian ini menjalaskan bahwa Leverage, Size Perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Selain itu, tidak ada variabel yang berperngaruh secara signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas serta Profitabilitas tidak mampu dmemediasi hubungan antara Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Size perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan sub-sektor food & beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2020-2022
