Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan sub sektor perbankan dalam kategori LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 6tahun terakhir sejak tahun 2018 sampai 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, kebijakan deviden, dan profitabilitas, terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 perusahaan perbankan indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini mengambil data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu www.idx.co.id. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistik Versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil dari pembahasan ditemukan bahwa secara simultan struktur modal, kebijakan deviden, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan dalam kategori LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2023. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan
