Abstract

The dividend decision is part of the company's internal decision-making. One dividend policy has an irrelevant dividend implication. The ratio that influences the dividend policy is twofold: leverage ratio and liquidity ratio. The purpose of this study is to determine the leverage variables (Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio) and the variable Ratio (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio) significantly influence dividend policy on cosmetics companies listed on the BEI period 2013-2015. The approach taken in the development of theory is deductive assessment. Population in this research is cosmetics company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013 - 2015 that is as much as 6 company. The sample used in this research as many as 4 companies. Technique of analyzing this research data using multiple liniear regression analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio) and variable Ratio (Current Ratio) no significant effect on dividend policy on cosmetics companies listed on the BEI period 2013-2015. While the liquidity (Quick Ratio) significant effect on the dividend policy on cosmetics companies listed on the BEI period 2013-2015.
