Abstract

PT. Arina Multikarya Surabaya berlokasi di Jl. Rajawali No. 18-20, Krembangan Selatan, Kecamatan Krembangan, Kota Surabaya. PT. Arina Multikarya memfasilitasi perusahaan tersebut dengan memberikan jasa berupa penyediaan tenaga kerja untuk membantu dan mendukung bisnis perusahaan tersebut untuk mencapai tujuan dari perusahaan dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai pada karyawan, diantaranya: passion, reliable, care, dan smart. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja, tekanan kerja bepengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja. Motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan tekanan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,478 atau 47,8% yang artinya semua variabel bebas ( Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Tekanan Kerja) dapat menjelaskan terhadap variabel loyalitas sebesar 47,8% sedangkan sisanya 52,2% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar penelitian ini. Dari penjelasan tersebut penulis menyarankan agar mempertahankan dan mengembangkan motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan tekanan kerja agar lebih dapat meningkatkan loyalitas kerja.
