Abstract
Tingginya minat dan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap roti menunjukkan bahwa peluang usaha toko roti masih bisa berkembang menjadi lebih besar, tak heran jika banyak orang yang ingin mencoba peruntungan usaha toko roti. Namun beberapa masyarakat belum mengerti tingkat kelayakannya sehingga calon pelaku usaha masih ragu untuk membuka usaha toko roti. Oleh karena itu penelitian berfokus pada analisis kelayakan usaha toko roti yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan informan sebanyak 6 pelaku usaha toko roti di Desa Wage, Geluran dan Bangah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara informan dan dianalisis menggunakan kelayakan finansial usaha berupa RC, BC dan ROI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai RC diperoleh 2,16, rata-rata nilai BC diperoleh 1,16 dan rata-rata ROI diperoleh 41,03%. Seluruh hasil menunjukkan bahwa usaha toko roti di Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Sidoarjo layak untuk dijalankan dan dapat untuk dikembangkan.
