Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh work life-balance terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan subjective well-being sebagai variabel mediasi di PT Prima Putra Kaltim, Samarinda. Menggunakan metode causal explanatory, penelitian ini menguji hubungan sebab-akibat antara work life-balance, subjective well-being, dan kinerja karyawan. Responden penelitian adalah 120 karyawan dari perusahaan, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life-balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan subjective well-being, dengan nilai P-value di bawah 0,05. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa work life-balance yang dimediasi oleh subjective well-being memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Prima Putra Kaltim.
