Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income and feasibility of sugar cane ice business in Juwet Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study used informants as many as 6 sugar cane ice entrepreneurs in Juwet Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency who were selected purposively with predetermined criteria. The analytical tools used in this study are total cost, revenue, profit, and business feasibility. The results obtained in this study were the average total cost of Rp 9,262,924, the average revenue of Rp 20,060,000, and the average profit of Rp 10,797,076. The results of the calculation of the three parameters of business feasibility on 6 informants of sugar cane ice entrepreneurs in Juwet Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency, can be seen that the average value of the R / C ratio is 2,19> 1, the average value of the B / C ratio is 1,19> 0, which means that the business is feasible to run. And the average value of ROI is 56,35%> 0%, so based on these results the sugar cane ice business in Juwet Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency can be said to be feasible because it is profitable and meets the predetermined feasibility criteria.
