Abstract

PT Wahana Andika Mandiri merupakan Perusahaan dibidang jasa dan pelayanan pada bidang ATM (Anjungan Tunai Mandiri), yang berpusat di Bekasi. Permintaan dari pelanggan tergolong cukup tinggi, hal ini menuntut manajemen untuk terus berbenah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas produksi sehingga dapat menjaga loyalitas dan kepercayaan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengendalian proses produksi Repair Center Surabaya, dan bagaimana sistem penerapan Just In Time terhadap proses produksi. Teknik analisa data ini dihitung dengan MCE (Manufacturing Cycle Effiency). Model ini merupakan metode pengukuran fisik dari produktivitas perusahaan. dimana MCE yang ideal dicapai jika sama dengan 1 atau mendekati angka 1. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa mengevaluasi penerapan JIT pada proses produksi pada Repair Center Surabaya masih kurang maksimal karena masih sering terjadi kelalaian oleh para karyawan serta waktu tunggu dan waktu berpindah bahan dalam proses. Sehingga berpengaruh pada waktu (pemborosan). Selain itu dapat dibuktikan bahwa perhitungan MCE saat ini efisiensi waktu prosesnya sebesar 0,8 atau setara dengan 80% sehingga sisanya sebesar 0.2 atau setara dengan 20% ini yang disebut non value added time, dan sesudah menggunakan sistem JIT efisiensinya menjadi 0,914 atau setara dengan 91,4% berarti non value added time hanya sebesar 0,086 atau setara dengan 8,6% karena terjadi peningkatan waktu proses.
