Abstract

Kecamatan Pancur merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki potensi besar dalam industri rumah tangga mebel kayu. Di Kecamatan Pancur industri mebel rumah tangga kayu ini sangat mudah di jumpai karena hampir setiap desa terdapat penegerjaan mebel skala rumah tangga. Dalam melaksanakan produksi industri mebel sekala rumah tangga pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja merupakan faktor pending dalam proses produksi. Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja dalam industri mebel dapat menjadi masalah dalam produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengalaman kerja dan tingkat pendidikan memengaruhi produksi industri rumah tangga mebel di Kecamatan Pancur Kabupaten Rembang. Metode diskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan tidak berdampak secara signifikan pada produksi mebel. mebel dalam industri rumah tangga, sebaliknya pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhdapa produksi industri rumah tanga mebel. Namun secara bersama-sama tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja berpengruh signifikan. Hal ini di karenakan tingkat pendidikan dapat memperkuat tingkat pengelaman kerja.
