Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Social Media, and Price Perception on Consumer Satisfaction at Clean Wear Shoe Cleaning Service in Surabaya. The population in this study consists of Clean Wear Surabaya customers who have used Clean Wear's services more than once. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The sampling technique employed in this study is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire method, and data analysis in this study utilized multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results of this study indicate that service quality and price perception have a positive and significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction, while social media has not significant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
