Abstract

SDN Kawistolegi adalah sebuah sekolah dasar negeri pertama yang terletak di desa Kawistolegi, Kecamatan Karanggeneng, Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Di sekolah dasar yang ini masih terdapat banyak proses akademik yang belum tercover dengan Sistem Informasi yang dapat memudahkan berjalannya proses akademik tersebut. Salah satu proses yang pelaksanaannya masih menggunakan cara manual yakni proses pada absensi guru. Dengan pertimbangan tersebut, penulis melakukan penyelesaian masalah di SDN Kawistolegi dengan membuat sistem absensi berbasis website yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru di SDN Kawistolegi. Dalam pembuatannya, penulis mengkaji informasi yang didapatkan dari pihak yang terlibat pada proses ini sebagai bahan rancangan sistem. Penulis bertujuan untuk menggunakan metode Haar Cascade sebagai dasar utama perancangan sistem informasi yang akan dibuat. Dan diharapkan perancangan sistem ini dapat membantu semua pihak dalam mengolah data dan informasi terkait absensi di SDN Kawistolegi
