Abstract

Dalam dunia industri konveyor dan sillo (tempat penampungan material) merupakan komponen utama dalam proses produksi Sehingga inovasi untuk memperlancar proses produksi sangat diperlukan, pengisian material diindustri sering kali ditemui kejadian lubernya material maupun dijumpai material di sillo kosong rangkaian kovensional menggunakan banyak relay sebagai control suatu mesin dianggap kurang evisiensi sehingga perlu adanya perkembangan Apabila hal ini sering terjadi maka akan sering mengganggu proses produksi, dari masalah tersebut perlu adanya sebuah inovasi seperti menyertakan PLC sebagai jalan mempermudah suatu control sebuah mesin dan sebagai penghematan kabel dan komponen pada pengontrol full sillo otomatis perlu adanya sebuah sensor yang digunakan untuk mengetahui level material, salah satunya menggunakan sensor WLC selanjutnya sensor tersebut dikendalikan oleh PLC yang akan memberikan keluaran berupa konveyor tersebut menyala atau mati secara otomatis selain itu kita juga bisa menambahkan inverter/ variable speed sebagai control konveyor tergantung berapa banyak material yang akan dipakai .
