Abstract

Motor Induksi 3 Fasa dalam dunia industri memiliki bagian penting dan berperan banyak dalam sebuah perindustrian. Hal ini dikarenakan motor induksi memiliki keunggulan harga yang relatif murah, struktur yang sederhana dan kokoh, kinerja yang baik dan perawatan yang cukup mudah dan memiliki efisiensi yang tinggi. Nilai efisiensi motor dapat mengalami penurunan sehingga perlu diketahui nilai efisiensi motor untuk melakukan perawatan dan tindakan yang dilakukan agar dapat mencegah kerusakan dan kerugian yang lebih parah. Pada penelitian ini digunakan motor induksi 3 fasa pada penggerak pompa sentrifugal untuk mendistribusikan air bersih di 5 gedung RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan spesifikasi motor dan perhitungan nilai efisiensi motor induksi 3 fasa menggunakan metode VCAR (Voltage Compensated Amperage Ratio) didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut. Gedung multazam dengan spesifikaasi motor 10 HP 7,5 kW didapatkan nilai efisiensi sebesar 88%, gedung aqsha dengan spesifikaasi motor 10 HP 7,5 kW didapatkan nilai efsiensi sebesar 92%, tower arafah dengan spesifikaasi motor 20 HP 15 kW didapatkan nilai efsiensi sebesar 95%, gedung marwah dengan spesifikaasi motor 3 HP 2,2 kW didapatkan nilai efisiensi sebesar 84%, gedung shofa dengan spesifikaasi motor 3 HP 2,2 kW didapatkan nilai efisiensi sebesar 88%. Dengan hasil perhitungan efisiensi Motor induksi 3 fasa pada 5 gedung menggunakan metode VCAR (Voltage Compensated Amperage Ratio) didapatkan hasil efisiensi yang baik dengan memenuhi standar minimal efisiensi IEC untuk motor 50hz sesuai spesifikasi masing-masing motor yang digunakan.
