Abstract
Weather is the condition of the air in a place over a relatively short period of time, which is influenced by various atmospheric phenomena. Weather is very closely related to human life, this is based on the fact that the weather influences the activities that will be carried out. Weather influences optimal decision making in various aspects of life for various purposes, one example of which is daily human activities. Fast, accurate and detailed weather information regarding atmospheric conditions is very necessary to support human activities. To be able to make optimal decisions, weather forecasts are needed. The Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method is a method commonly used to make predictions and its ability to learn from the data provided. Based on the results of this research, the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method can be used to predict weather conditions. The first step is data mining to obtain weather data that will be used. Next, fill in the unmeasured data with the lowest value of the data. After that, perform data transformation. Then carry out calculations using the artificial neural network method and determine the accuracy of the results. The research results of this weather prediction system are in the form of accuracy of several variables, namely weather data: Temperature gets an accuracy of 98.69%, Humidity gets an accuracy of 98.42%, Sea water pressure gets an accuracy of 99.92%, Visibility gets an accuracy of 95.02% , Wind speed gets an accuracy of 70.72%, and Rainfall gets an Accuracy of 84.56%, the accuracy obtained for each value by repeating 10000x.
