Abstract

Dwi Bahari Trans Surabaya merupakan perusahaan jasa yang bergerak dibidang jasa transportasi laut dan darat. Sebagai perangkat dengan kebijakan teknis di bidang pengoperasiannya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibangun sistem pengendalian internal sebagai alat pemantauan untuk mencegah terjadinya kecurangan atau kesalahan.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dan metode kualitatif.Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari beberapa pegawai Dwi Bahari Trans Surabaya yaitu pegawai di bidang jasa transportasi darat dan laut. Teeknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan pencatatan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, validasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal yang diterapkan pada perusahaan jasa sudah efektif dan efisien namun masih terdapat beberapa hal yang belum sesuai dengan delapan komponen Coso Framework.
