Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of communication, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Cikarang District Court, Bekasi Regency. This research was conducted on employees of the Cikarang District Court, Bekasi Regency. With a sample size of 50 respondents collected using a questionnaire and the analysis techniques used were descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The time of this research is from March- Finish 2024. This type of research is quantitative. The result of this study is that partially the Communication variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Cikarang District Court, Bekasi Regency. This is evidenced by the t test test obtained a t value of 0.2763 > 2.000 and a value of 0.012 < 0.05. So it can be seen that H1 is accepted. Partially, the work motivation variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Cikarang District Court, Bekasi Regency. This is evidenced by the t test test obtained a value of t 1.589< t 2.000 and a value of 0.119> 0.05. So it can be seen that H2 is rejected. Partially, the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Cikarang District Court, Bekasi Regency. This is evidenced by the t test test where the t value is 3.019> t 2.000 and the value is 0.004 <0.05. So it can be seen that H3 is accepted. Simultaneously or together the variables of communication, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Cikarang District Court, Bekasi Regency. This is evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of f count> f table, namely 33.423> 2.79 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, so a significant value is obtained.
