Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of industrial financial performance, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), company size, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on company value, as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV), with Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) as an intervening variable in textile and garment sub-sector industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of industrial financial performance, company size, corporate social responsibility on company value with financial risk as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative. The sample was selected through a purposive sampling technique which resulted in 15 companies. Secondary data was obtained from the annual reports of companies listed on the IDX during the 2021- 2022 period. The data was tested using the smartPLS program edition 3.0. The results of the study indicate that industrial financial performance has a significant positive effect on firm value, industrial financial performance has a negative insignificant effect on financial risk, company size has a significant negative effect on firm value, company size has a positive insignificant effect on financial risk, CSR has a positive insignificant effect on firm value, CSR has a positive insignificant effect on financial risk, Financial risk has a significant negative effect on firm value, and Financial risk cannot mediate the effect of industrial financial performance, firm size and CSR on firm value.
