Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, competence, and teamwork on the performance of BUMDes Gemilang employees in Ketajen Village Gedangan Sidoarjo partially or simultaneously. In this study, a sample of respondents in the business section of the Integrated Waste Disposal Site (TPST) at BUMDes Gemilang Ketajen Village Gedangan Sidoarjo with a total of 41 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaire distribution. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results showed that partially the transformational leadership style variable has no significant effect on employee performance, the competency variable has a significant effect on employee performance, and the teamwork variable has no significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style variables, competencies, teamwork simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. In addition, seen from the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination R² states that the magnitude of the influence of the R² value (R square) is 49.8% and the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other variables.
