Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of organizational climate, work discipline, and career development on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of PT Margo Mulyo Makmur. With a sample size of 100 respondents collected using questionnaires and the analysis techniques used were descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The time of this research is from March Finish 2024. This type of research is quantitative. The result of this study is that partially the organizational climate variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Margo Mulyo Makmur. This is evidenced by the t test test where the t value is 2.030> t 1.985 and the value of 0.045 <0.05. So it can be seen that H1 is accepted. Partially, the work discipline variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Margo Mulyo Makmur. This is evidenced by the t test test obtained a value of t 2.766> t 1.985 and a value of 0.007 <0.05. So it can be seen that H2 is accepted. Partially, the career development variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Margo Mulyo Makmur. This is evidenced by the t test test obtained a value of t 3.587> t 1.985 and a value of 0.001 <0.05. So it can be seen that H3 is accepted. Simultaneously or together the variables of organizational climate, work discipline, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Margo Mulyo Makmur. This is evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of f count> f table, namely 85,085> 2.70 with a significant level of 0.000 <0, then a significant value is obtained.
