Abstract

Food andBeverage SectorCompaniesare companies that produce food necessities needed by the community. Therefore, many investors are interested in investing in this industry. This research aims to find out the influence of asset growth, financial leverage and equity growth on company value with earnings management as a mediating variable. With studies conducted on F&B companies in the 2019 2022 period that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this research was 23 companies with 14 companies as research samples. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method with this type of research itself being classified as quantitative research. The results of the analysis findings based on data processing results showthat Asset Growth has a positive and significant effect on company value and an insignificant negative effect on Profit Management. Financial Leverage has an insignificant positive effect on company value and an insignificant negative effect on Profit Management. Equity Growth has a negative and insignificant effect on company value and a significant negative effect on Profit Management. And finally, earnings management based on data processing results shows that earnings management does not mediate the relationship between each variable on the influence of asset growth, financial leverage and equity growth on company value.
