Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan fasilitas parkir diPasar Blauran Surabaya sebagai respons terhadap masalah keterbatasan ruang parkir yang mengganggu kelancaran operasional pasar dan kenyamanan pengunjung. Melalui pendekatan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap kondisi parkir di pasar tersebut. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui survei lapangan yang mencakup observasi pola parkir dan wawancara dengan pedagang serta pengunjung pasar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ruang parkir di Pasar Blauran masih terbatas, menyebabkan pengunjung dan pedagang sering kali memilih parkir di tempat yang tidak resmi, meningkatkan risiko kemacetan dan masalah lalu lintas. Keterbatasan ruang parkir di Pasar Blauran Surabaya menjadi permasalahan serius yang mempengaruhi operasional pasar dan kenyamanan pengunjung serta pedagang. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab dan dampaknya serta menawarkan solusi. Melalui pendekatan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif, termasuk studi literatur, survei lapangan, dan analisis data, temuan utama dan rekomendasi disajikan. Situs penelitian adalah Pasar Blauran, yang berada di kawasan padat penduduk di Surabaya Selatan. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pemerintah daerah, pengelola pasar, pedagang, dan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan keberlanjutan pasar.
