Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen Toko Percetakan Ridwan di Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah konsumen Percetakan Ridwan di Kecamatan Candi, Sidoarjo. Dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara parsial variabel Persepsi Harga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Toko Percetakan Ridwan di Sidoarjo. Secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Toko Percetakan Ridwan di Sidoarjo. Secara parsial variabel lokasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Toko Percetakan Ridwan di Sidoarjo. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Toko Percetakan Ridwan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini yakni persepsi harga yang kompetitif akan menarik lebih banyak pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik sangat penting untuk membangun loyalitas pelanggan dan reputasi positif. Lokasi yang strategis memudahkan akses bagi pelanggan dan dapat meningkatkan kunjungan toko. Dengan memperbaiki ketiga aspek ini, Toko Percetakan Ridwan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar, menarik lebih banyak pelanggan, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan penjualan dan profitabilitas perusahaan.
