Abstract

BUMDes Gemilang di Desa Ketajen Sidoarjo, melakukan penelitian tentang kerjasama tim, semangat kerja dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan karyawan yang mampu melaksanakan tugas dan meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan baik, meningkatkan kemampuan, keterampilan dan sikap kerja karyawan. Sehingga diperoleh hasil dengan harapan agar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tata kerja karyawan untuk menjadi lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim, semangat kerja dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan BUMDes Gemilang di Desa Ketajen Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 51 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan total sampling dimana seluruh anggota populasi (51) menjadi responden penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan dan menganalisis bahwa variabel kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel semangat kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh siginfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
