Abstract

Penilaian kinerja guru merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Namun, proses penilaian yang dilakukan secara manual sering kali memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap subjektivitas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penilaian kinerja guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 9 Surabaya berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena mampu memberikan solusi yang sistematis dan objektif dalam menentukan peringkat kinerja guru berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah proses penilaian kinerja guru dengan menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti input data kinerja, pengolahan data, dan penyajian hasil penilaian dalam bentuk laporan yang mudah dipahami. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak sekolah untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja guru secara efisien dan objektif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat terkait dengan pengembangan dan peningkatan kinerja guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 9 Surabaya. Implementasi sistem ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan akurasi dalam proses penilaian kinerja guru.
