Abstract

Ringkasan studi mengenai variasi katup ekspansi terhadap performansi cold storage refrigerant R-134a mencakup penelitian terhadap bagaimana variasi pengaturan katup ekspansi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja sistem pendingin di cold storage yang menggunakan refrigerant R-134a. Alasa mengambil judul ini adalah pemeliharaan penyimpanan suhu rendah untuk produk yang memerlukan suhu kontrol seperti makanan beku, obat-obatan. Katup ekspansi berfungsi untuk mengatur aliran refrigerator kedalam evaporator sehingga menciptakan konsidi yang efisien. Evaluasi terhadap kemampuan pendinginan sistem di cold storage, termasuk suhu yang dapat dipertahankan, tingkat kelembaban, dan waktu pendinginan yang dibutuhkan Studi mengenai konsumsi energi dari sistem pendingin dengan variasi katup ekspansi. Tujuan adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan mengurangi biaya operasional. Beberapa faktor yang mungkin mempengaruhi performansi katup ekspansi antara lain desain katup, ukuran, dan jenis kontrol yang digunakan. Variasi ini dapat memengaruhi efisiensi termal, konsumsi energi, dan stabilitas suhu dalam cold storage. Dengan memahami dampak variasi katup ekspansi, dapat dilakukan perbaikan atau penyesuaian desain untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi konsumsi energi, yang pada gilirannya akan mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para insinyur, perancang sistem pendingin, dan pemilik cold storage dalam memilih dan mengoptimalkan konfigurasi katup ekspansi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka.
