Abstract

The research objective to be achieved in accordance with the problem formulation above is to determine, analyze and answer the influence of Transformational Leadership, Workload and Career Development on the Performance of Shipping Sector Employees of the East Java Province Transportation Service. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 70 employees as respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, the classical assumption tests used include the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test. The research results show in the t test carried out partially that the Transformational Leadership variable has no significant effect on employee performance, the workload variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance and the Career Development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And regarding the F test, it shows that the variables Transformational Leadership, Workload and Career Development simultaneously influence the performance of employees in the shipping sector of the East Java Province Transportation Service.
