Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant effect of online promotion in Tik Tok social Media and online service quality on purchasing decisions at Mojosari Branch Secaca store consumers simultaneously. Tiktork serbagai means to mermprormorsikan prorduk sale is very erferktif and can not be denied that your prorduk will dikernal orlerh sermua circles of society. The higher the quality of service, the higher the purchase decision will be and the respondents clearly see that the quality of service such as employee responsiveness meets customer expectations. This quantitative research method used in this study. Respondents in this study there are 100 respondents from Tik Tok followers. The method of sampling used Probability sampling method with the type of technique used is Simple Random. After that, testing or data processing in the form of T test and F test. Thus, from the conclusion of the study is. a.) There is a significant influence of Ornliner Prormorsi in Tork Tork's freedom of movement towards Permberlian termination in Morjorsari's Torkor Sercaca Branch. b.) Terdapat significant influence \quality of Service sercara ornliner terhadap Kerpusus Permberlian on Torkor Sercaca Branch Morjorsari. c.) There is a significant influence of Prormorsi Ornliner in freedom of Information Technology Tork terhadap and quality of Service sercara Ornliner Permberlian disconnection in Torkor Sercaca Morjorsari Branch simultaneously.
