Abstract
CV. Tri Jaya Sentosa merupakan distributor pemasaran produk susu Frisian Flag. CV. Tri Jaya Sentosa terletak di Ds. Mojodeso, Kecamatan. Kapas, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. CV. Tri Jaya Sentosa sendiri juga sering mengalami permasalahan bernama Bullwhip Effect pada produk tertentu. Permintaan dari konsumen seringkali berubah-ubah, sehingga terkadang perusahaan sulit untuk memprediksi permintaan konsumen, keadaan tersebut seringkali mengakibatkan naik atau turunnya permintaan konsumen terhadap suatu produk. Untuk itu diperlukan pendekatan dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Management (SCM). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada CV. Tri Jaya Sentosa diatas, penulis mencoba memberikan solusi perhitungan untuk menghitung, mereduksi dan mengetahui apa yang menyebabkan terjadinya Bullwhip Effect. Prioritas CV. Tri Jaya Sentosa untuk retail cenderung mengalami bullwhip effect. Situasi ini memastikan distribusi produk tidak terkendala. CV. Tri Jaya Sentosa yang diprioritaskan adalah retail Tiga Bersaudara untuk produk BKM Sachet karena nilai bullwhip effect yang cukup tinggi yaitu 2,825. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya distorsi informasi sehingga data informasi dari retail hingga sub distributor tidak berjalan lancar. Keyword : Cv. Tri Jaya Sentosa, Bullwhip Effect, SCM
