Abstract

Hierarchically, the Village Government is a government below the sub-district where there are several matters that must seek approval and accountability from the government above. Village Treasury land is a village asset acquired or owned by the village government. This land provides pure income for the village and can also be used for public purposes. So it is very important for the village government to be able to manage it wisely and utilize village treasury/bengkok land as a sustainable asset which will have a direct impact on the village's original income which will impact the welfare of the village community. One of the villages that carries out village asset management according to applicable regulations, but is not yet optimal is Glinggangan Village, Pringkuku District, Pacitan Regency. In practice, village treasury land management is carried out by following applicable regulations. The aim of this research is to analyze how Village Asset Management, Village Cash Land, increases Village Original Income in Glinggangan Village, Pringkuku District, Pacitan Regency. The research method uses a descriptive research type of qualitative approach. The results of this research use 14 indicators based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 1 of 2016 Article 7, namely; Planning, Procurement, Use, Utilization, Security, Maintenance, Deletion, Transfer, Administration, Reporting, Assessment, Development, Supervision and Control. In this research, there are indicators that have not been maximized, namely that there has been no innovation from renters regarding crops other than rice and cassava, apart from that there has also been no Utilization Cooperation between the Village Government and business actors or Work Partners. and for security there is no limit on village treasury land stakes. Apart from that, it is also necessary to determine the village treasury land rental rates through joint deliberation. And in land maintenance, the Village Treasury is expected to be able to borrow agricultural equipment facilitated by the Village Government. and finally, the management of Village Treasury Land in Glinggangan Village has never carried out procurement, deletion and transfer of Village Treasury Land.
