Abstract

The problem in this research is: How does service quality influence the satisfaction of people using Trans Jatim Bus Corridor II. The analytical method in this research is the quantitative descriptive method. In this case the author uses simple linear regression statistical analysis which produces t test output values. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 29. The results of this research show that the regression value obtained is Y = 19.899 + 0.179 increase community satisfaction 0.179. The result of the t_count test value is 3.804 > t_table 1.984 in the service quality variable (X), it is concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted. So, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on public satisfaction. Based on the determination test coefficient, a value of 0.120 was obtained. It is stated that the Service Quality variable contributes 12% to the Community Satisfaction variable, and 88% from other variables outside this research.
