Abstract
The availability of clean water that is easy to obtain that is mandatory and applies to all places, including remote places. Marmoyo Village is part of the Kabuh District, Jombang Regency which still relies on shallow wells to meet its clean water needs. Considering that the water discharge is not enough to meet the demans of the population, the distance from houses and the contour of the land add to the problem of clean water difficulties. In this research, to find out the projected water needs of the population is a projected population calculation using the Exponential Method. To find out the planning for average of clean water demands to reach people's homes by pumping tests to find out the maximum discharge of deep wells and the optimum discharge for pumping and the planned piping scheme using use the Epanet 2.2 program to determine the flow rate, velocity, pressure and headloss. From the research results, it was found that the average discharge requirement in 2044 was 1,163 l/second for a population in 2044 of 1,395 people. Meanwhile, the maximum discharge for deep wells obtained through pumping tests was 1.64 l/second. The piping system uses a double system and a branch system with 2" (50 mm) diameter PVC pipes where the piping system plan will be carried out at RT. 002, RW 007 Marmoyo Village, Kabuh District, Jombang Regency. In the network simulation with the help of Epanet 2.2, the magnitude is known the highest velocity are 0.04 m/sec while the highest pressure is 19.86 m.
