Abstract
The Penataran train is one of the economic modes of transportation provided by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia to serve passengers from Surabaya to Blitar. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the Penataran train. Data collection was conducted using a survey method with questionnaires filled out by 342 respondents on both weekdays and holidays. The respondents were divided into 49% males and 51% females. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. The research results indicate that the five variables used have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and contribute to 70.8% of customer satisfaction.
