Abstract
This research was carried out at the UD laying hen farm. Hadhita Jaya Makmur in Mojosaril District, namely Delsa Modopuro, Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province. Based on secondary data obtained from the East Java Province Central Statistics Agency, it is stated that Mojokerto Regency is one of the areas that has a population of 998,890 laying hen farms in 2023. The aim of the research is to analyze the average amount of income and the amount of profit generated from chicken farming businesses. independent pattern laying. Data collection was carried out in July 2023 – January 2024. Based on the results of research on a laying hen farming business with a capacity of 3,000, it shows that this business is feasible to develop. This is based on calculating investment feasibility criteria which include Budget Plan (RAB), Cash Flow, Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Rate Of Return (IRR) analysis and Sensitivity Analysis. The results of the analysis were obtained for 2 months, NPV was 582,883,886 > 0 and IRR was 43%. B/C Ratio is 3%.
