Abstract

Kabupaten Blora memiliki kekayaan alam, serta berbagai ragam budaya yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Dalam beberapa kondisi tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa banyak potensi kesenian tradisional di Kabupaten Blora yang perlu dikembangkan dan dilestarikan. Oleh karena itu, adanya fasilitas pelatihan dan pertunjukan kesenian tradisional ini dapat membantu dalam program pelatihan, pelestarian, pengembangan, dan pagelaran kesenian untuk mendukung kegiatan adat dan kesenian budaya tradisional Blora. Fasilitas pelatihan dan pertunjukan ini harus menciptakan daya tarik tersendiri yang diterapkan dalam perancangan fasilitas kesenian tradisional Blora. Konsep pendekatan arsitektur neo-vernakular merupakan salah satu konsep pendekatan yang diterapkan secara langsung dan tidak langsung pada perancangan fasilitas pelatihan kesenian tradisional Blora. Konsep pendekatan ini memadukan antara unsur modern yang dibutuhkan sebagai aspek kemajuan zaman dengan unsur tradisional lokal sebagai daya tarik dan pelestarian arsitektur tradisional pada lingkungan setempat. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisa kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif evaluatif melalui observasi langsung, studi literature tentang prinsip arsitektur neo-vernakular, pengumpulan data dari sumber lainnya. Pokok pada permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan terhadap objek rancangan ini yaitu, masalah minimnya produktifitas adanya pelestarian dan pengembangan kesenian tradisional setempat yang diterapkan pada prinsip arsitektur neo-vernakular. Sehingga didapat bahwa kondisi kesenian tradisional yang kurang terlestarikan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari perancangan ini untuk menciptakan fasilitas pelatihan dan pertunjukan guna mendukung kegiatan pelestarian dan pengembangan kesenian tradisional Blora. Sehingga didapat bahwa perancangan pelatihan dan pertunjukan kesenian tradisional Blora dapat mengadopsi prinsip arsitektur neo-vernakular karena masih terdapat unsur tradisional yang kuat dengan memiliki ciri khas sesuai daerah setempat, serta mempertahankan dan melestarikan lokalitas tradisional setempat.
