Abstract

Grand Eastern Housing is one of the projects owned by PT Taman Timur Regensi (TTR). In the implementation of the construction of Grand Eastern Housing, there are often obstacles such as implementation conditions that are not in accordance with planning and equipment damage and there is no risk management in it. This results in not achieving the performance, quality, and achievement of work results as expected. Therefore, action is needed for risk control in order to get the results of work according to plan. The purpose of this research is to determine the relevant risk factors in the project, assess the level of risk, and make prevention or mitigation efforts on the risks that occur in the Grand Eastern Surabaya Housing construction project. Translated with DeepL.com (free version) The method used in this research is quantitative method, by identifying relevant risk variables using validity tests and reliability tests with the help of IBM SPSS software, 22 variables were obtained that could occur in the project. After obtaining these variables, the probability and impact data were analyzed using the severity index calculation method to determine the percentage value of the risk of each variable, the results of which were plotted on the probability and impact matrix, resulting in 2 risks in the very low category, 10 risks in the low category, 4 risks in the medium category, and 6 risks in the high category. Then, the results of the risk level, risk mitigation is carried out against risks with high risk levels. Efforts to mitigate the risk of 6 variables with high risk categories are to reduce and contain the risk.
