Abstract
Increasingly rapid population growth but increasingly limited land area is a new challenge in the current era of modernization. An alternative that can he done in this problem is the construction of high-rise buildings. When designing high-rise buildings, structural stability must be considered. The stability of the structure can be checked against the storage value and P-Delta effect. Stability can be overcome by providing stiffeners (bracing). SRBE is able to provide ductile behavior and high elastic stiffness. This research analyzes the comparative behavior and performance of the Tow Story-X and Split-K eccentric system structures using the help of the SAP 2000 program. The results of the analysis show that the mass of the Tow Story-X bracing structure is 0.058% lighter than Split-K, for deviation values with a difference both structures are 1.9% and the theta value is 2.1% Abstractincreasingly rapid population growth but increasingly limited land area is a new challenge in the current era of modernization.
