Abstract

Munculnya kampung-kampung kota tematik ditengah permasalahan permukiman yang kompleks memberikan sudut pandang baru tentang pengelolaan kampung dengan memberikan sentuhan yang menarik sehingga meningkatkan daya tarik bagi wisatawan Kota Malang bahkan sampai ke luar Kota Malang. Pembangunan kampung-kampung tematik pada umumnya diharapkan sebagai pemecah masalah terkait permukiman kumuh yang ada. Khususnya pada Kampung Budaya Polowijen terletak di Jalan Cakalang RT 03 RW 02, Kelurahan Polowijen, Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang tersebut. Dalam aspek legal seperti RPJMD Kota Malang, RKPD Kota Malang, dan RTRW Kota Malang telah membahas dalam pengembangan Kampung Budaya Polowijen tersebut, mulai dari pengembangan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana dalam kampung tersebut, penyediaan pusat belanja oleh-oleh pada kampung tersebut, dll. Tentu pada pengembangan dengan seusai program utama dari aspek legal yang sudah dijelaskan diatas maka daya dongkrak pariwisata di kampung budaya Pada penelitian ini dengan melalui pendekatan arsitektur sustanaible sebagai konsep pengembanagan khususnya di kampung budaya polowijen tersebut, dengan pendekatan ini sangat cocok dimplementasikan pada Kampung Budaya Polowijen yang memiliki ciri khas budaya dan Sejarah di kampung tersebut.
