Abstract

Pasar Merupakan tempat yang setiap hari dikunjungi baik itu untuk berjualan ataupun membeli kebutuhan rumah tangga, salah satu pasar tradisional yang terletak di kabupaten badung memiliki komoditas barang mayoritas adalah komoditas barang hasil laut, pasar tersebut adalah Pasar Tradisional Kedonganan, Pasar Tradisional Kedonganan terletak di Jalan Pantai Kedonganan yang bersebelahan langsung dengan Pantai Kedonganan, pasar ini akan sangat padat saat menjelang tahun baru karena warga dari hampir setiap daerah di bali mengunjungi pasar ini, pasar ini mengalami kemunduran sejak tahun 2019 dan hingga saat ini kondisi pasar masih belum Kembali seperti sediakala. Pasar memiliki tampilan yang kurang menarik dan bangunan yang sudah tua, selain itu pasar juga tidak memiliki daerah terbuka hijau. Menurut Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Bali, pasal 5 tahun 2005 tentang bangunan, Pasar Tradisional Kedonganan Masih tidak memenuhi Syarat Tersebut karena masih tidak menampilkan karakteristik dari arsitektur bali, sehingga, Pasar Tradisional Kedonganan ini layak untuk di Redesain menggunakan Konsep Arsitektur Biofilik, Dimana Biofilik sendiri akan memberikan banyak ruang untuk penghijauan yang saling terkait satu sama lain dengan konsep arsitektur Tri Hita Karana Bali bagian Manusia dengan Alam.
