Abstract

Digital Population Identity (IKD) is not only the digitization of resident identity cards (KTP), but has also been used more widely because it can help the process of applying for population documents submitted by residents. The IKD program is still poorly implemented in Mojokerto Regency. Because the Digital Population Identity Program (IKD) aims to increase the efficiency and transparency of public services, the public needs to play a role and interact with the government apart from acting as objects. Therefore, the implementation of the Digital Population Identity Program (IKD) at the central, regional and rural levels must take into account community aspects, including their level of readiness. This research aims to study the level of community readiness for implementing the Digital Population Identity (IKD) program in Mojokerto Regency, especially in the Dinoyo Village area, Jatirejo District. with 2,368 residents. A simple random sampling method was used to collect 96 people. In this study, the score order was given using a 1-5 Likert scale. This research uses a questionnaire to collect data. In research, research instruments are tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions are tested for normality. Followed by data analysis and hypothesis testing. Model feasibility tests include partial tests, coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression. Results of data processing with the SPSS 23 program. The results of this research found that the level of community readiness greatly influences the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) program in Dinoyo Village, Jatirejo District, Mojokerto Regency, as evidenced by data analysis of the coefficient table or Persial Test results obtained by the T Test value T table = 1.661 < t count 31.179 which means Ha accepted and H0 rejected, it is concluded that the level of community readiness has a significant effect on the implementation of the Digital Population Identity program. and concluded from the coefficient of determination test (R square) of 0.912, which means the influence of the independent variable (community readiness) on the dependent variable (implementation of the digital population identity program) is 91.2%. And from the Simple Linear Regression Test, the calculated F value output is 972.131 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so the regression model can be used to predict participation variables. Or it can be concluded that there is an influence of community readiness (X) on the implementation of the Digital Population Identity program (Y).
