Abstract

UD. FDL adalah sebuah industri kecil menenengah yang memproduksi berbagai macam sekop. Produk yang diproduksi oleh UD.FDL adalah sekop gagang kayu dan sekop besi.setiap hari UD.FDL menargetkan untuk memproduksi sekop gagang kayu dan sekop besi sebanyak 65 dan 45 lusin. Tetapi target produksi tersebut tidak dapat terpenuhi. Salah satu tidak dapat terpenuhinya target dipengaruhi oleh performa dan konsostensi dari tiap operator maka dari itu perlu ditentukan waktu standar dari tiap operator agar memaksimalkan konsisntensi dalam penyelesaian. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan waktu standar didapatkan waktu standar Untuk OP1 33,25 detik, OP2.3 14,19 detik, OP4 33,47 detik, OP5 23 detik, OP6 26,59 detik, OP7.8 29,1 detik. Dan dibutuhkan penambahan tenaga kerja untuk memenuhi target produksi. Penambahan tenaga kerja dilakukan pada OP4 sebanyak 1 orang, dan OP6 sebanyak 1 orang.
