Abstract

Proyek pembangunan dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaiaan kegiatan yang teroganisir untuk mencapai tujuan dengan cara memanfaatkan anggaran dan sumber daya yang ada sehingga harus diselesaikan dengan jumlah waktu yang telah disepakati bersama. Oleh karena itu didalam proyek diperlukan monitoring supaya pekerjaan tersebut tidak mengalami keterlambatan dan mengalami percepatan menggunakan metode Crashing. Metode Crashing ini adalah sebuah metode yang diterapkan dengan sengaja untuk mengevaluasi kegiatan proyek yang berada didalam jalur kritis. Tahapan metode ini dimulai dari diterapkannya pengambilan data dari proyek yang akan diterapkan penelitian dan diterapkan wawancara langsung pada proyek kemudian hasil yang sudah didapatkan dirangkum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui jumlah waktu yang diperlukan untuk melakukan percepatan pekerjaan dan juga untuk mengetahui total biaya yang diperlukan setelah diterapkannya durasi percepatan pekerjaan pada proyek. Dari analisis perhitungan menggunakan metode Crashing dengan cara penambahan jam kerja (lembur) tersebut didapatkan durasi normal pekerjaan sebesar 140 hari menjadi 129 hari dengan durasi pengurangan sebesar 11 hari. Dengan diterapkannya percepatan pada pekerjaan tersebut kemudian mengalami perubahan biaya total sebesar Rp. 11.547.870.543,73 dari biaya normal sebesar Rp.11.575.779.000,00 dan memperoleh selisih nilai sebesar Rp. 27.908.456,27. Hal ini terjadi karena disebabkan oleh naiknya biaya langsung sebesar Rp.11.007.822.093,75 dari biaya langsung awal sebesar Rp. 10.996.990.050,00 dan disebabkan turunnya biaya tidak langsung sebesar Rp.540.048.449,98 dari biaya tidak langsung awal sebesar Rp. 578.788.950,00 dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 0.241%.
