Abstract
Dalam dunia konstruksi material menjadi peran penting dalam berjalannya suatu proyek. Material merupakan salah satu bahan baku utama yang sangat mempengaruhi besarnya biaya proyek. Persediaan material berpengaruh pada progress pekerjaan dan biaya yang sudah direncanakan. Permasalahan kekurangan dan kelebihan stok material berkaitan dengan manajemen persediaan material. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan persediaan material menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menghitung total biaya persediaan material pada secara efisien dan minimum pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pusat Terpadu RSUD Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode persediaan material yang digunakan adalah Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan teknik lot sizing dengan metode Economic Order Quantity dengan total persediaan material pada pekerjaan struktur lantai 4 sampai lantai dak atap yaitu Multipleks t=9 mm melamin ; 3.198 lembar, Besi beton D10 ; 11.971 lonjor, Besi beton D13 ; 5.608 lonjor, Besi beton D16 ; 1.249 lonjor, Besi beton D19 ; 2.666 lonjor, Besi beton D22 ; 1.480 lonjor, dan Beton ready mix fc’=25 Mpa ; 1.768 m3. Jumlah Biaya persediaan material yang ditimbulkan pada pekerjaan struktur lantai 4 sampai lantai dak atap yaitu Multipleks t=9 mm melamin Rp. 722.982.133.-, Besi Beton D10 Rp. 998.819.019.-, Besi beton D13 Rp. 890.979.351.-, Besi beton D16 Rp. 374.538.647.-, Besi beton D19 Rp. 892.975.240.-, Besi beton D22 Rp. 751.225.585.-, dan Beton ready mix fc’=25 Mpa Rp. 1.371.144.235.-
