Abstract

Flowing concrete is concrete with a slump flow value above 19 cm without bleeding and segregation. One of the ingredients that make concrete strong is silica, where research conducted on rice husk ash states that the silica content in rice husk ash is around 90 - 98%. In this research, we will analyze the effect of rice husk ash addition on the slump value, specific gravity, absorption and compressive strength of flowable concrete with percentage variations of 0%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% of cementitious weight. Tests were conducted using the DoE method in accordance with SNI 03 - 2847 - 2000 "Procedures for Making Normal Concrete Mix Plans". The results of the study found that the percentage variation of 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% caused a significant decrease in the slump flow value with the highest value of 60.5 cm contained in the 0% ASP variation and the lowest with a value of 51.17 at 8% ASP percentage. The highest fresh concrete specific gravity value is at 6% ASP percentage with a value of 2373.88 kg/m³ and the highest dry concrete specific gravity is at 6% ASP which is 2364.80 kg/m3 .The highest flow concrete permeability is 4.41% at 10% ASP .The highest concrete compressive strength when referring to the graph, it can be seen that the percentage with the highest compressive strength is at 6% rice husk ash variation.
