Abstract

Larangan Bus Statition is one of the type B passenger Bus Station in Sidoarjo Regency. The Bus Station is located in Larangan village, Candi sub-district, Sidoarjo district, East Java. The Bus Station has an area of approximately 9,700m2. Several types of agglomeration buses operate from this Bus Station including regular city buses, Trans Sidoarjo and Trans Jatim. The problem encountered at the Sidoarjo prohibition Bus Station is that there are still many facilities that are not suitable for use and need to be repaired and updated. The purpose of this research is to find out how the level of passenger satisfaction with the services and facilities available at the Larangan type B passenger Bus Station using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of this study indicate that there are several indicators that do not meet passenger satisfaction, namely the Reliability variable question (X1.1) with a value of (-0.07). Variable Responsiveness question (X2.1) with a value of (-0.06). Variable Physical Appearance (Tangiable) questions (X3.1), (X3.2), (X3.3), (X3.9) with respective values (-0.05), (-0.04), (-0.05), (-0.26). Varieble Assurance questions (x4.2), (X4.3), (X4.5) with respective values (-0.03), (-0.14), (-0.04). Variable Empathy (Empathy) question (X5.4).
