Abstract

Labor productivity is one of the main elements in determining the success of a construction project. The aim of this research is to determine the level of productivity and the factors that influence labor productivity. This research was conducted at the Opra City Gresik Housing Development Project. The method used to find productivity levels is the work sampling method with a productivity rating approach. To find the relationship between productivity and factors that influence labor productivity, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (Anova) and coefficient of determination are carried out using software assistance statistics, namely SPSS version 23. The other analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests used in testing questionnaires. The labor productivity level is 81.80%. This can be said to be quite satisfactory, because the Labor Utility Rate is more than 50%. There are seven factors that are most dominant in influencing productivity, uncertain weather, lack of material availability, damaged equipment, level of education, age, worker motivation, quality of supervision.
