Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang berada pada wilayah gempa yang sangat sering mengalami bencana gempa, bahkan 20 gempa terbesar yang terjadi di negara asia 5 diantaranya berada di negara Indonesia. Di bojonegoro sendiri dilewati sesar kendeng yang memiliki potensi gempa tinggi yang berada di jawa timur, sehingga desain bangunan yang memperhatikan beban gempa harus diperhatikan. Di Indonesia sendiri terdapat peraturan yang mengatur perancangan bangunan gedung yang dari waktu ke waktu mengalami perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pada bangunan Rumah Sakit Sumberejo di Bojonegoro yang direncanakan pada tahun 2015 menggunakan peraturan SNI 03-1726-2002 yang kemudian dianalisa kembali menggunakan SNI 03-1726-2019 untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai parameter seperti partisipasi massa, nilai gaya geser dasar, dan nilai simpangan antar lantai yang terjadi. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, dilakukan sebuah perbandingan kinerja struktur antara SNI 03-1726-2002 dan 03-1726-2019 dengan konsep Perencanaan Berbasis Kinerja (Performance Based Design) menggunakan metode Pushover. Metode pushover sendiri memiliki kelebihan yaitu dapat memvisual perilaku struktur bangunan pada saat kondisi elastis, plastis, dan sampai terjadinya keruntuhan pada elemen-elemen strukturnya yang didapat menggunakan software struktur seperti ETABS, SAP2000 dan Tekla Struktur. Kinerja struktrur bangunan Rumah Sakit yang dihasilkan berdasarkan SNI 03-1726-2002 termasuk dalam kategori Life Safety (LS) sedangkan menurut kinerja struktur yang dihasilkan berdasarkan SNI SNI 03-1726-2019 bangunan tersebut dalam kategori kategori Life Safety (LS). Komponen kolom yang belum memenuhi persyaratan Strong Column Weak Beam (SCWB) dapat dianalisa kembali dengan memperbesar dimensi ataupun dengan penambahan penulangan. untuk pembebanan dapat dikurangi dengan tidak difungsikan nya lantai paling atas sehingga beban yang dihasilkan juga berkurang.
