Abstract
Jalan Raya merupakan fasilitas umum yang berguna untuk menghubungkan satu daerah ke daerah lainnya. Jalan Raya Mastrip – Jalan Raya Bambe Kabupaten Gresik ini termasuk kedalam tipe jalan 2/2 TT dimana dua jalurnya tidak dibatasi oleh median jalan sehingga tiap arah jalur saling berdekatanva yang memiliki panjang 2,8 km dengan lebar lajur 4 meter dan jumlah jalur adalah 2 lajur, dengan lebar bahu samping kanan dan kiri adalah 0,8 meter. Jalan Raya Mastrip – Jalan Raya Bambe ini menjadi salah satu rute yang sering dilalui angkutan penumpang antar kota, serta sering kali dilalui oleh mobil-mobil pengangkut barang bermuatan besar. Pada Jalan Raya Mastrip Surabaya – Bambe Kabupaten Gresik sering terjadi kemacetan yang tidak terlalu lama dan panjang pada depan pabrik PT. Asia Tile. Mengacu pada kepadatan arus lalu lintas,hambatan samping dan derajat kejenuhan pada ruas Jalan Raya Mastrip – Jalan Raya Bambe Kabupaten Gresik, perlu dilakukan analisa kinerja ruas jalan dan lalu lintas menggunakan manual count pada ruas jalan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghitung volume arus lalu lintas, menganalisis hambatan samping serta tingkat pelayanan ruas. Penggunaan metode pada penelitian ini adalah secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023. Perolehan data berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil analisis menunjukkan jam puncak volume arus lalu lintas terjadi pada hari Jum’at 7 Juni 2024 pukul 16.00 – 17.00 dengan total 2.875,35 skr/jam. Terdapat hambatan samping pada ruas Jalan Raya Mastrip Surabaya – Bambe Kabupaten Gresik dengan kriteria (S) Sedang, nilai frekuensi sebesar 433,40 ≈ (433). Sedangkan, tingkat pelayan jalan (level of service) pada Jalan Raya Mastrip Surabaya – Bambe Kabupaten Gresik adalah level E dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan 1,00 Kata Kunci: Kinerja Ruas Jalan, Volume Lalu Lintas, Hambatan Samping, Tingkat Pelayanan
