Abstract

Bungkus rokok adalah bungkusan berbentuk persegi panjang yang sebagian besar terbuat dari karton yang berisikan rokok. Proses produksi pada CV. Langgeng Jaya memiliki 2 jenis dan masih sangat tidak efisien, Sehingga dilihat dari persoalan ini diberikan usulan dengan adanya Inovasi mesin pencetak lidah rokok guna meng-efisiensi dan mempercepat proses produksi pada proses produksi lidah rokok. Inovasi Mesin pencetak lidah rokok dirancang menggunakan dimensi dari perhitungan antropometri dan persentil 50-th pekerja, sehingga dapat diketahui tinggi penyangga material 103,75 cm, menentukan jalur masuk material 69,5 cm, menetukan tinggi box panel 93,5 cm. Uji coba mesin harus dilakukan guna mengetahui perbedaan output setelah melakukan perancangan inovasi mesin dan sebelum dilakukan perancangan. Output yang dihasilkan sebelum dilakukan perancangan yaitu sebesal 192, setelah dilakukan perancangan inovasi mesin pencetak lidah rokok sebanyak 320 kg dalam sehari. Peningkatan produktivitas sesudahh dilakukan perancangan inovasi mesin pencetak lidah rokok yaitu sebesar 66% yang berarti sudah berhasil. Penurunan harga pokok produksi yang awal Rp 18.000 menjadi Rp 16.781. perhitungan payback periode yang digunakan untuk menghitung berapa lama pengembalian dana investasi mesin pencetak lidah rokok mendapatkan hasil selama 4 hari dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan Rp 1.500.000 /hari.
