Abstract

Surabaya City has several Type B Terminals, one of which is the Joyoboyo Intermoda Terminal located on Jalan Joyoboyo, Surabaya, East Java. Joyoboyo Intermoda Terminal has an area of 11,134 m2. Joyoboyo Intermoda Terminal starts operating from 06.00-22.00 WIB and for 24-hour guarding. The problem found at the Joyoboyo Intermoda Terminal is that there are still many facilities there that are not used properly. The purpose of this study is to determine how much passenger satisfaction with performance at Joyoboyo Intermoda Terminal using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of this study show that there are several indicators that do not meet passenger satisfaction in the reliability variable (Reliability) -0.02 on the question (X1.1) and -0.01 on the question (X1.3), Responsiveness variable -0.02 on question (X2.1) and -0.01 on question (X2.3), Physical appearance variable (Tangible) -0.01 on question (X3.2), Certainty Variable (Assurance) variable -0.04 on question (X4.2), Empathy variable (Emphaty) -0.01 on question (X5.3).
